Winter walks may be cancelled due to bad weather – snow, ice, heavy rain, fog etc. In the event of such weather, please look out for updates both here and on What’s App, or contact the walk leader before setting out.

Sunday 14th November: Winster – Darley Bridge – Snitterton – Limestone Way – Winster

9 miles approx. – Start at 10.15am prompt from outside the National Trust’s Winster Market House – Post code: DE4 2DJ – On street parking – Picnic lunch – Walk leader Nick.

Tuesday 16th November: Crich – Lea – Dethick – Holloway (Footloose Extra)

7 miles approx. – Start at 11am from Crich Baptist church in the Market Place – Parking can be limited in the centre of the village – If necessary you can also park in the car park of the old King’s Arms pub on the Common in Crich – Picnic lunch – Tea afterwards at the Family Tree, Whatstandwell – Walk leader Jo.

Sunday 21st November: Monyash Area

8-10  Miles  – Start at  10am  outside  café  in  Monyash – Small  car park  or  on  street  parking  in  Monyash –  Picnic Lunch – Café  or  pub  at  end  of walk in  Monyash – Walk  leader  Mary.

Sunday 28th November: Black Rocks – Cromford Moor – Middleton Moor – Steeple Grange

8 miles – Start at 10am from Black Rocks car park near Bolehill – Grid Ref. SK 290 556 – Directions: just east of the B5036 at the top of Cromford Hill – There is a charge to park here but free on-street parking is nearby – Picnic lunch – Walk leader John.
