Saturday 12th March: Tansley – Lumsdale – Cocking Tor – Ashover – Ravensnest

Tuesday 15th March: Calke Abbey Park
Approx. 6 miles over gentle terrain and mainly good surfaces – Start at 10.30am from the main car park at Calke Abbey – Post code DE73 7JF – Access is off the A514 at Ticknall – Gathering point is close to the path down to the lake on the north side – Entrance to the park is chargeable (£7 for adults) but free to National Trust members – No additional charge for parking – Coffee shop and café should be open both before the start and at the end of the walk – Walk leader Richard B.

11 mile option : Paul will lead the shorter walk and give clear directions for anyone wanting to do a longer one – The shorter walk will have a long break at Forge Dam (they do hot food, chips, etc.) and the longer walkers will re-join the group there for the last few miles.
