Sunday 7th June: Ogston – Brackenfield – Highoredish – Woolley

Tuesday 16th June: Beeston – Attenborough – Sawley (Footloose Extra)

7.5 flat miles (12ft of ascent!) – Linear walk by the River Trent – Return by train – Start at 11am from the footpath behind platform 2 at Beeston station – SK 534 362 – NG9 2AB – ///minus.down.shift – Paid parking at the station, free parking on nearby roads in Rylands – Through trains from Matlock, Burton, Derby, Lowdham, Carlton etc – Lunch in the café at Attenborough Nature Reserve – Picnic tables outside – Walk leader John.

There are three trains per hour back from Long Eaton to Beeston. With a railcard, the single fare is £2.05, without it’s £3.10. If it’s more convenient to park at Long Eaton, do so in time to catch the 10:30am Matlock to Lincoln service, which the leader will be travelling on from Belper, to Beeston.

Sunday 21st June: Brassington – Bradbourne – Parwich – Ballidon
